Terms and Conditions

Businesses must be located and operated within Gauteng Province.

Businesses must be based in a township area.

Applicants must meet specific credit score criteria determined by the fund.

Various documents, including ID, proof of residence, bank statements, and business-related paperwork, are mandatory for the application process.

2. Loan Repayment:

Loans provided by the Kasi Mnotho Fund are repayable under agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Repayment schedules will be tailored to the financial capacity and business growth of the applicant.

3. Rehabilitation Programme:

Applicants who do not initially qualify may be enrolled in a dedicated rehabilitation programme designed to enhance their business operations.

The rehabilitation programme aims to guide businesses towards compliance and greater sustainability.

4. Fund Utilisation:

Funds disbursed must be utilised for the approved purposes outlined in the application.

Detailed reporting on fund utilisation may be required periodically.

5. Partner Collaboration:

Businesses benefiting from the Kasi Mnotho Fund may be required to collaborate with our partners, participating in initiatives aimed at fostering community development and economic growth.

6. Transparency and Reporting:

Regular updates on application statistics, fund utilisation, and community impact will be provided to maintain transparency.

Businesses are encouraged to participate in surveys and assessments to contribute to the fund's ongoing improvement.

7. Termination of Support:

Support from the Kasi Mnotho Fund may be terminated if businesses fail to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Non-compliance with fund guidelines and misuse of funds may lead to legal action and recovery proceedings.
